We’ve made a small update to the loyalty point system for CORE Support members. The most important thing to know is that the value of your rewards is not changing. This update simply changes how points are displayed and earned so the system works more smoothly and rewards progress on every purchase.

Previously, the system awarded 1 point for every $20 spent, and each point was worth $1. Behind the scenes, that was always equal to 5% back in rewards. The only downside was that points were awarded in large chunks, which meant smaller purchases didn’t always show progress.

For example, if you spent $19 you would earn nothing, and if you spent $21 you earned the same reward as someone who spent exactly $20. The value was fair, but the system itself was a bit rigid.

The updated system spreads the same value across smaller points so rewards accumulate continuously.

You will now earn 5 points for every $1 spent, and 100 points equals $1 in rewards. This keeps the exact same 5% return, but now you earn points on every purchase instead of only when crossing the $20 mark.

Here’s what that looks like now:

Spend $1 → earn 5 points

Spend $10 → earn 50 points

Spend $20 → earn 100 points ($1 in rewards)

Another benefit of this update is that the system can now handle “change” in points properly. In the past, when points were redeemed during a purchase, the register sometimes had to round values in ways that could consume an entire point even if only part of it was needed. With the new point structure, that leftover value simply stays in points instead of disappearing.

If you notice that your account suddenly shows a lot more points than before, don’t worry. Nothing has changed about the value of your rewards. Your points were simply converted into the new format so the system can track them more precisely.

Think of it like switching from dollars to cents. The number is bigger, but the value stays the same.

And while the math remains the same, the experience should feel better. You’ll now earn rewards on every purchase, not just when you hit a $20 threshold.

CORE Support members will continue receiving 5% back in loyalty rewards, now calculated continuously and displayed in a more flexible format.
