UPCOMING SATURDAY EVENTS AND JANUARY SCHEDULE UPDATE

This upcoming Saturday, we will be hosting a FREE One Piece tournament. Entry is free, and players will receive participation promo packs, with winner promo packs awarded based on placement. There will be no additional prizing beyond the provided promo packs.

Duel Commander on Saturdays

Starting this Saturday, we are introducing Duel Commander on Saturdays as a regular fixture at the store.

Because this is short notice, and it falls on the Saturday after Christmas, please do not expect high attendance for the first event. This is simply the starting point.

Going forward, our Saturday Duel Commander schedule will be as follows:

  • Bi-weekly Competitive Duel Commander

    • $25 entry

    • 90% of entries paid out as prizes

  • Bi-weekly Casual Duel Commander

    • $5 entry

    • Designed as a lower-pressure environment for testing decks, learning the format, and introducing new players

    • Full prizing details for the casual event are listed at the bottom of this post

We will alternate between these two formats most Saturdays. The only exception will be January 10th, due to an already planned One Piece Prerelease.

One Piece Events Going Forward

--Update: A previous version of this post stated that prereleases would be moved to 3:00 PM. That is no longer the case.

All future One Piece Release and Prerelease events will continue to start at 6:30 PM on Saturdays. On those Saturdays, Duel Commander will not be held.

One Piece events will continue to run every Saturday, with a 6-player cap.

Due to ongoing Bandai product shortages and continued distribution uncertainty, we are unable to reliably plan or scale One Piece events at this time. Because of this:

  • All regular One Piece Saturday events will be FREE until further notice

  • Prizing will consist only of official promo materials provided to us

The OP-14 Prerelease on January 10th will proceed as planned at 6:30 PM. There will be no Duel Commander event that evening.

December and January Schedule (Simplified)

All listed events start at 6:00 PM.

We will hold events until 6:45 PM if players have explicitly reached out and confirmed they are on the way.

All events will begin no later than 6:45 PM.
