Member Vault Bidding is live (Beta Test) EB-03 starting at $1

We just launched a new feature inside MyCurio.us called Member Vault Bidding. The Vault is a premium CORE Support perk designed to make high demand items feel fair, transparent, and fun.

What the Vault is

The Vault is visible to all MyCurio.us users. Anyone can watch the listings, follow the action, and see what is coming next.

Only active CORE Support members can place bids.

How to create a MyCurio.us account

MyCurio.us accounts are tied to your in store account. To register successfully:

You must already have an active in store customer account with us.

You must have a valid email address on file in store.

Once your email is on file, you can register on MyCurio.us and log in.

If you are not sure your email is correct, ask us in store and we will fix it.

CORE membership requirement for bidding

Viewing the Vault is free.

Bidding requires an active CORE Support membership on your account.

If you can see the Vault but cannot bid, it usually means your CORE membership is not active.

Launch item: EB-03 starts at $1

We are kicking this off with the One Piece Heroines Edition (EB-03) box starting at $1.

Bid increments are $5.

This is meant to be exciting, accessible, and a little bit chaotic in the best way.

How the 24 hour timer works (anti snipe)

This is a rolling 24 hour survival auction.

When the listing is unlocked, the current leading bid must survive a full 24 hours to win.

If someone places a competitive bid that changes the outcome, the 24 hour timer resets.

In other words, you cannot last second snipe it. You have to hold the lead.

Unlock requirement: 3 unique CORE bidders

A listing does not fully activate until at least 3 unique CORE Support members place bids.

Until then it will show as unlocking.

This protects the community from low participation weirdness and keeps the system honest.

Important: the unlock number will increase over time

For EB-03 the unlock threshold is 3.

As we gauge site usage and member volume, we will increase that number for future drops.

Beta test notice

This is a BETA TEST.

We expect Vault bids to be valid and the system to function correctly, but there may be unknown errors because we can only test so much without real traffic.

If we find an error that requires bids to be restarted, we will do our best to reach out to everyone who placed bids so they can re-enter their bids.
